On Thursday July 19th My brother and I were traveling from
Michigan to Richmond in a Budget rental truck, the rain was torrential and
then the windshield wipers stopped working. Much to our good fortune we got
off the expressway close enough to get to your GMC dealership. I want to
thank you very much for your friendly service helper who called Budget and
got the ball rolling to replace the transmission motor so that we were back
on the road (still raining) in two hours time. Please know that you helped
make a miserable 10 hour drive in the rain into what was a nice story to
tell about your service department and it's effort to help out some
strangers in a tough spot. Hurrah!
