Feel the Power of an Automotive Legend in a 2013 Chevrolet Corvette

Last updated 5 years ago

For the past six decades, Chevrolet dealerships have been home to the most expressive, passionate, and artful American sports car ever built: the Corvette. When it was first introduced in 1953, the Chevrolet Corvette set the benchmark against which all other high-performance American muscle cars were judged. And as was the case 60 years ago, the Corvette of today continues to be at the leading edge of vehicle performance and design. So if you want to feel the power of an automotive legend while enjoying modern-day luxury and amenities, step behind the wheel of the 2013 Chevrolet Corvette.

Here is a look at what’s new for the 2013 Chevrolet Corvette:

  • Corvette 427 Convertible – The 2013 Chevrolet Corvette 427 Convertible is the most powerful drop-top Corvette ever made. Beneath the hood, the 427 Convertible features a handcrafted 7.0-liter aluminum-block V8 that offers 505 horsepower and 470 pound-feet of torque. All that power equates to a zero to 60 times of just 3.8 seconds. The driveline and rear axle are borrowed from the Z06, meaning that the 2013 Chevrolet Corvette 427 Convertible just may be the best-handling convertible ever made.
  • 60th Anniversary Appearance Package – Paying tribute to the Corvette’s 60 year legacy, Chevrolet is offering a special 60th Anniversary Appearance Package on all 2013 Corvette models, including the 427 Convertible. This package includes an Artic White exterior paint scheme, Blue Diamond leather-wrapped interior, a ZR1 rear spoiler, gray brake calipers, and unique “60th” logos and badges inside and out. The appearance package also features an optional graphics package that adds full-length, Pearl Silver Blue racing stripes that run the length of the vehicle.
